Hapkido-Kinderkurs Frühling 2022

Vom 29.4.2022 bis 17.06.2022 ging der Hapkido-Kinderkurs in Fehring reibungslos über
die Bühne! Dabei wurde den Kindern auf traditionelle Art und Weise klassische
Trainingsinhalte wie einfache Selbstverteidigungs-, Handbefreiungs-, Hand/Arm-, Fuß-,
Hebeltechniken, sowie richtiges Rollen und Fallen vermittelt.
Besonderes Augenmerk wurde auf Respekt und Aufmerksamkeit gelegt. Mit kurzen
Auflockerungsphasen kam auch der Spaßfaktor nicht zu kurz, sodass auf den
natürlichen Spiel- und Bewegungsdrang bei Kindern geachtet und nebenbei
Konzentration, Gleichgewicht sowie Koordination und Reaktion geschult wurde. Getreu
dem Motto: Übung macht den Meister!
